Seller Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

Shop All is an open marketplace platform that lets stores and individuals list new or used products for sale. By using the platform as a seller, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16 to open a store, or to sell as an individual/used-item seller with no store — this is confirmed during identity (KYC) review.

2. Shop All commission

Shop All takes a 3% commission on the value of every sale made through the platform, plus a flat 14.99 EGP service fee per checkout (charged once to the customer, not per store). For orders paid online, commission is calculated automatically and deducted before your net proceeds are credited on your next payout. For Cash on Delivery orders, the courier (or you) collects payment directly from the customer — Shop All never touches that money — so the 3% commission on those sales is instead tracked as a balance you owe, shown in your store dashboard, until it's settled with Shop All by an agreed method (bank transfer, or netted against a future online payout).

3. Listing review

Every new product or listing (whether added one at a time or via bulk upload) enters a "pending review" stage before it becomes visible to shoppers. Our team reviews listings to check they aren't misleading, prohibited, or in violation of these terms.

4. Seller responsibilities

You're responsible for accurate product descriptions, fair pricing, and timely fulfillment of orders. Prohibited items (counterfeit, stolen, or dangerous goods) are never allowed and will be removed immediately. You're the one who updates each order's shipment status (preparing, out for delivery, delivered, ...) from your store dashboard — the customer sees that status clearly labeled as seller-reported, since there is no live third-party courier tracking integrated into the platform today.

5. Payments & payouts

Online payments are processed through a Shop All payment provider (we never store a customer's full card number). Your net earnings from online-paid orders (after commission) are transferred to you on the payout schedule shown in your store dashboard; earnings from Cash on Delivery orders reach you directly in cash, as described in section 2.

6. Verified reviews

A customer's review is only tagged "Verified Purchase" when it's tied to an order item that was actually delivered to them by you — not every review left on your product.

7. Sponsored listings

Stores may pay to promote a specific product so it ranks higher in search and browse results for a set period. Promotion increases visibility but does not guarantee sales.

8. Account termination

Shop All may suspend or terminate any seller account that violates these terms, with notice of the reason.

9. Closing your store

You can close your own store at any time from your store settings — but only once your balance is fully settled in both directions: no money Shop All owes you from online-paid orders is still outstanding, and no Cash-on-Delivery commission you owe Shop All is still outstanding. If either balance is non-zero, we'll show you the exact amount so you can settle it first. Once a store is closed, its products disappear from browsing and search immediately, but its sales and commission history is retained for our financial records.
